The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations awarded Medco the prestigious Ernest A. Codman Award for re-engineering pharmacy processes to dramatically reduce medication dispensing errors and improve patient safety. Medco is the first pharmacy benefit management (PBM) company to ever win the Codman Award.
For a fourth year in a row (2001-2004), Medco was rated #1 PBM, #1 Mail Order Pharmacy and #1 for Website Services for overall customer satisfaction by the WilsonRx® survey.

to a 2004 study by The Customer Respect Group rating Fortune 100 companies' websites
